Step into an enchanting evening at Karl’s Cabin on Thursday, February 26th, where candlelight, music, and fine dining come together for a truly unforgettable experience.

Enjoy a stunning live performance of The Beatles’ most beloved songs—from their early classics to their iconic later hits—reimagined through the rich harmonies of two violins, a viola, and a cello, all set against the warm glow of 500 candles.

Guests are invited to arrive at 6:00 PM for a warm welcome and a celebratory Champagne toast 🥂 to begin the night. Dinner service will start promptly at 6:30 PM, featuring a carefully curated four‑course menu designed to delight.

At 7:45 PM, the lights will dim and the Kalkaska String Quartet will take the stage, performing an hour of Beatles favorites with their signature artistry and emotion.

🎟️ Cost: $129 per person plus tax, gratuity included. Your ticket includes the Champagne toast, full four‑course dinner, and a one‑hour live performance—ensuring a night filled with flavor, music, and memories. 🍓 First Course — “Strawberry Fields Forever”

Roasted Strawberry & Chèvre Crostini  
Toasted baguette rounds topped with whipped chèvre, roasted strawberries, and a drizzle of balsamic‑berry reduction. Finished with candied pecan crumble and fresh basil for brightness.

🌶️ Second Course — “Sgt. Pepper’s Roasted Red Pepper Soup”

Roasted Red Pepper Soup  
A silky roasted‑pepper purée with a hint of curry, finished with a swirl of crème fraîche.

Choice of Entrée:

 “Revolution” Braised Short Rib  
Red wine–boneless braised short rib served with creamy cheesy polenta and roasted heirloom carrots.

• “Lucy in the Sky” Braised Vegetable Ratatouille (Vegetarian)  
A slow‑simmered medley of wild mushrooms, heirloom beans, caramelized onions, and winter root vegetables in a deep tomato–red wine reduction. Served over creamy polenta with roasted baby carrots and fresh herb gremolata.
